Barcaldine upcoming road closure
There seems to be considerable confusion about when the proposed night-time road closure, to resurface the road, will be taking place at Barcaldine .
As a per our earlier report Transerv intended to close the road from 9 pm to 6 pm from the 27th June for up to two weeks.
However the Community Council have asked about any delays as a result of the train derailment having postponed works that the men and equipment were doing in other parts of the county.
There is a possibility that the work has been put back until the beginning of July, we will keep you posted as we find out more.
