LOCH ETIVE ICZM PROJECT – PUBLIC MEETING

The next Loch Etive ICZM meeting has been arranged for Wednesday, 25 August 2010 at Connel Village Hall from 7.00 to 9.30pm.
This will be the last ICZM meeting before a draft ICZM plan is put out to public consultation.
The proposed start date for the 6 week consultation is 24 September 2010.
The meeting will focus on the following:
· Some activities not already covered by ICZM meetings, where there is a need for discussion i.e. Marine Renewables
· Plan recommendations and local management agreements
· Plan policy guidance
· Strategic Environmental Assessment required for the plan
· Details of the public consultation – timescale, consultation events & process

A more detailed agenda document will be circulated two weeks prior to the meeting date.
