James Edwyn & the Borrowed Band at the Victory hall on Friday 21st April.

The Band formed in 2013, and cite influences including folk legends such as Woody Guthrie and Bob Dylan as well as alternative country artists including Ryan Adams.

Last year they wowed the Oban Live audience with their music mix of alt country, folk rock, and roots orientated Americana.

The band is centered around singer songwriter/ guitarist James Edwyn. They got their name as each member was borrowed from various bands James was involved in.

The band has chosen so far to only play a select number of well received gigs.
