Defibrillator at Bonawe

there is now a DEFIBRILLATOR AT BONAWE.
Thanks to the hard work of Ardchattan Community council with generous donations from a variety of organisations there is now a defibrillator for public use at the BT phone box at Bonawe.
The BT supplies a small heater and light so it is illuminated and easy to locate.
There are instructions on the front of the cabinet, they require the user to dial 999, and give the unique number on the cabinet, the 999 operator will then give the user the key code to access the cabinet and at the same time alert the emergency services.
The machines themselves are entirely self explanatory but there will be training and awareness sessions in the future.
